Fettuccine Alfredo A La Marinara
|Boiling water||4 Quart|
|Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Canned small shrimp/Other seafood||4 Ounce, drained|
1) In large uncovered Dutch oven boil water add fettuccine, cooking oil and salt and first amount of cook for about 9 to 11 minutes.
2) Drain out from water.
3) Transfer noodles back to the pot.
4) In a saucepan over medium-low heat mix butter and cream.
5) Reduce to a slow simmer and add cream mixture, cheese, second amount of salt, pepper, parsley and shrimp to the noodles.
6) Toss gently and serve.
