Fettuccine And Broccoli
|Medium noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Canned condensed chicken broth/Beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted)|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
1 As per the package directions, cook the noodles. Drain.
2 In amedium skillet, heat oil and saute garlic and thawed drained broccoli, stirring for 5 minutes.
3 Mix in the chicken broth, basil, parsley, Parmesan, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
4 Stir for about 2 minutes over low heat, until blended.
5 Toss the broccoli mixture with noodles.
6 Transfer to a heated serving dish.
