Beefy Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato paste 5 1⁄2 Ounce
  Elbow macaroni 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan fry the bacon.
2) Transfer the bacon to a plate.
3) Cut into small cubes and keep aside.
4) In the same saucepan add beef and onion.
5) Stir fry until brown.
6) Drain out from the fat. Discard the fat.
7) Add remaining ingredients to beef and onion.
8) Mix bacon and stir thoroughly.
9) Cover and simmer macaroni slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.

SERVING
10) Serve hot.
