Neapolitan Cannelloni

Ingredients
  Lasagne sheets 12
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked ham 2 Ounce
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Grated parmesan cheese 6 Tablespoon
For tomato sauce
  Onion 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cook lasagne in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes till tender.
2) Drain and spread on a damp cloth to cool.
3) Thinly slice the Mozzarella.
4) Dice ham.
5) For the sauce, peel and finely chop onion.
6) Peel and crush garlic.
7) Preheat oven to 425°.

MAKING
8) Place in a bowl with the cream cheese, eggs and seasoning.
9) Mix well.
10) Fry onions and garlic until golden.
11) Add tomatoes in their juice, basil, salt and pepper.
12) Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
13) Divide cheese mixture between lasagne sheets.
14) In greased ovenproof dish, arrange the rolled lasagne around filling, pour the tomato sauce over it.
15) Sprinkle half the Parmesan on top and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
16) Sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan.

SERVING
17) Serve the lasagne immediately.
