Best Shrimp And Vermicelli

Ingredients
  Onions 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cashew nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), ground
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dried ground chili peppers 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Anchovy paste 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Raw shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vermicelli/Fine noodles 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and drained
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a large bowl, pound together the onions, garlic, nuts, salt, chili peppers, saffron, lemon rind, and anchovy paste.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, heat the oil.
3) In the hot oil, saute the pounded mixture for 3 minutes, stirring very frequently.
4) To this, add the shrimp.
5) Mix well and saute again for 2 minutes.
6) To this, add the coconut milk.
7) Bring to a boil and continue to cook over low heat for 1 minute.

SERVING
8) Serve hot on the cooked vermicelli.
