Pasta with Hoop Cheese, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Honey

|Evaporated fat free milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Powdered cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Pasta||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
In a mixing bowl, stir and mash all the ingredients together until smoothly blended.
Then toss thoroughly with just-cooked pasta and serve immediately.
