Pasta With Hoop Cheese, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, And Honey

Ingredients
  Hoop cheese 14 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
  Evaporated fat free milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Powdered cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir and mash all the ingredients together until smoothly blended.
Then toss thoroughly with just-cooked pasta and serve immediately.
