Spicy Pasta With Broccoli
|Olive oil||1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (2 Cups Or 1 Package)|
|Canned roasted red pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and coarsely chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Rigatoni||4 1⁄2 Ounce, cooked and drained|
1. In a 2-quart casserole, combine oil and garlic. Microwave, covered, on High 1 minute, until softened.
2. Add broccoli, roasted red pepper, lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes. Microwave, covered, on High 2-3 minutes, until hot. Add rigatoni; toss to combine.
