Pasta With Hoop Cheese, Parsley, Chives And Parmesan

Ingredients
  Hoop cheese 14 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Ounce
  Finely chopped italian parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Ones)
  Finely chopped fresh chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

Take a big enough mixing bowl, stir and mash all the ingredients together until smoothly blended.
Then toss thoroughly with just-cooked pasta and serve immediately.
