Pasta With Hoop Cheese, Parsley, Chives And Parmesan
|Hoop cheese||14 Ounce (At Room Temperature)|
|Evaporated skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Ounce|
|Finely chopped italian parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Ones)|
|Finely chopped fresh chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pasta||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
Take a big enough mixing bowl, stir and mash all the ingredients together until smoothly blended.
Then toss thoroughly with just-cooked pasta and serve immediately.
