Pasta with Yellow Tomato Saute

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Yellow tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, stemmed, cored and chopped into 1 inch pieces
  Finely shredded basil leaves 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Finely chopped italian parsley 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil with the garlic over moderate heat.
When the garlic begins to turn golden, after 1 to 2 minutes, add the tomatoes and stir in the herbs and sugar.
Simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick but still somewhat liquid, 5 to 7 minutes.
Pour over cooked pasta and season to taste with black pepper.
