Pasta With Garlic, Pine Nuts, Olive Oil And Fresh Tomato

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), reduced
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped italian parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil with the pine nuts and garlic over moderate heat.
As soon as the pine nuts turn golden, after about 2 minutes, pour in the broth, taking care to avoid splattering.
As soon as it simmers, pour the sauce over cooked pasta.
Garnish with tomato and parsley.
