Potato Salad Alfredo

Ingredients
  Red potatoes 6 Pound, pared, cooked
  Swiss cheese 1 Pound, julienned
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped chives/Green onion 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Dash
  Ham 1⁄2 Pound, julienned
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into strips
Directions

Slice potatoes and combine with Swiss cheese.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, salt and Tabasco sauce.
Toss gently; cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, arrange ham and green pepper on top.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
