Chilled Penne Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 1 Pound, diced
  Basil/1 tablespoon, dried basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh basil/1 tablespoon, dried 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow pepper 1 , thinly sliced strips
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Penne 12 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the penne pasta al dente for about 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
2) In a bowl, add in tomatoes, basil, olive oil, pepper strips, garlic and mix together.
3) Toss the pasta with the tomatoes mixture and season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
4) Serve the Penne Tomato Salad chilled.
