Ingredients
  Margarine 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Boiled ham 6 Ounce, diced
  Enriched linguine 4 Ounce, cooked according to package directions
  Cottage cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), creamed in blender
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce
  White pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a 10-inch skillet and heat margarine in it until bubbly.
2) Sauté garlic in it until golden.
3) Mix in ham and sauté until lightly browned.
4) Stir in rest of the ingredients and cook, tossing occasionally, until heated well.

SERVING
5) Serve at once.
