Pasta Alfredo Style
|Margarine||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Boiled ham||6 Ounce, diced|
|Enriched linguine||4 Ounce, cooked according to package directions|
|Cottage cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), creamed in blender|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
1) Take a 10-inch skillet and heat margarine in it until bubbly.
2) SautÃ© garlic in it until golden.
3) Mix in ham and sautÃ© until lightly browned.
4) Stir in rest of the ingredients and cook, tossing occasionally, until heated well.
5) Serve at once.
