Spicy Fettuccine With Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Hot pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Pepper red 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Tomatoes 4 , chopped
  Fettuccine 12 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In saucepan heat oil, over medium-high heat sauté onions, garlic and hot pepper flakes cooking them until golden brown.
2. Increasing the heat to high stir in pepper strips and tomatoes and cook stirring until peppers wilt. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 20 minutes.
3. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine 8 to 10 minutes such that al dente and drain.

SERVING
4. Toss pasta with sauce, stir in Parmesan and butter, season to taste with salt and serve.
