Fettuccine With Calamari In A Spicy Mediterranean Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Black olives 1 , chopped
  Black olives 20 , pitted and chopped
  Anchovy fillets 4 , chopped
  Anchovy fillets, 1 , chopped
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomatoes with juice 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tagliatelle 12 Ounce
  Fettuccine/Tagliatelle 12 Ounce
  Calamari 1 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
  Calamari 1 Pound
  Dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Parsley 1 , chopped (For Garnish)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the Fettuccine al dente, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
2) In a large skillet, heat oil and saute garlic on medium till golden. Mix in olives, anchovies, capers and continue to cook for 1 minute.
3) Turn down the flame, add in tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes, mashing the tomatoes slightly while stirring.
4) Mix in calamari, basil, oregano and pepper flakes.
5) When the calamari is done within about 3 minutes, toss in the fettucine.

SERVING
6) Serve the Fettuccine with Calamari In A Spicy Mediterranean Sauce sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
