Nancy and J R'S Pasta
|Hot italian sausage||1 Pound|
|Fresh mushrooms||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Fresh garlic cloves||10 Large, minced|
|Green bell peppers||2 Medium, julienned|
|Green onion||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, softened|
|Thin spaghetti||3⁄4 Pound (Fresh, Coiled)|
|Parmesan cheese||6 Ounce, freshly grated|
Take off the skins of sausage.
Take a small skillet.
Ground sausage in it and fry the grounded sausages.
Discard excess fat from the pan and set it aside.
Now take a larger wok and heat oil in it.
Now add in it mushroom, half quantity of garlic, , peppers, onions and wine.
SautÃ© the ingredients until these items turn crunchy.
In the meantime, add the residual butter, minced garlic together, and set aside for further use.
Prepare the pasta by adding the noodles into boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Boil the noodles until these turn tender in texture.
Drain water from the noodles.
Toss the noodles with garlic butter and parmesan cheese; save some grated cheeses for later use.
Finally, add sausage and vegetable mixture with pasta.
Toss well all the ingredients.
Serve the preparation immediately.
