Dairy Free Spaghetti Sauce
|Onions||2 Medium, minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sirloin||1 1⁄2 Pound, ground|
|Tomato paste||12 Ounce (Two 6 Ounce Cans)|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a skillet heat oil and brown onions and garlic in it.
2) Add beef and brown.
3) Drain off the fat.
4) Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
5) Cover and simmer for 3 hours.
6) Stir in wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
7) Serve hot.
