Sunflower Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Sunflower seed meal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
2) Place over medium heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING
3) Serve the sauce with spaghetti.
