Ricotta Filling for Ravioli

|Ricotta cheese/1 container, 8 ounces cream-style cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Combine cheeses in a small bowl; stir in egg and parsley, blending well.
Chill until ready to fill ravioli.
