Ricotta Filling For Ravioli

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese/1 container, 8 ounces cream-style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cheeses in a small bowl; stir in egg and parsley, blending well.
Chill until ready to fill ravioli.
