Ingredients
  Spaghetti/Spirals 250 Gram
  Butter/Margarine 50 Milliliter
  Broccoli flowerettes 500 Milliliter
  Cauliflowerettes 500 Milliliter
  Carrots 3 , cut in julienne
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Parsley 50 Milliliter, chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 50 Milliliter
  Basil 5 Milliliter
  Oil 25 Milliliter
  Parmesan cheese 75 Milliliter, grated
  Grated parmesan cheese 75 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, boil spaghetti to al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
2) Take a 3 L (12 cup) casserole, and mix the vegetables, herbs and oil.
3) Using a plastic wrap, cover the casserole.
4) Microwave at HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes.
5) Allow it to stand uncovered for a few minutes.
6) Put in pasta and cheese. Toss well.
7) Add salt and pepper and season

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
