Orzo With Sauteed Onions
|Orzo||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Tiny Greek Pasta Beads, Available In Gourmet Stores)|
|Unsalted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
1) Heat a large pot of salted water and allow it to come to a boil.
2) Put in orzo and cook for 12 minutes, or until al dente. Remove and drain.
3) Heat a frying pan, melt butter. Add onions and sauté over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
4) Put in the cooked orzo to the onions mix well.
5) Serve hot.
