Orzo With Parsley And Lemon Zest
|Orzo pasta||1⁄2 Pound|
|Coarse salt||To Taste|
|Extra-virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon zest||2 Tablespoon|
|Flat leaf parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped (A Couple Handfuls)|
1 In a pan, add orzo and cook in salted water,for 7 to 8 minutes, till tender-crisp.
2 Throughly drain the orzo and and transfer to a warm serving bowl.
3 Sprinkle with a tablespoon of olive oil.
4 Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
5 Add lemon zest and parsley.
6 Toss well to blend the flavors with the orzo.
7 Serve immediately.
