Tortellini Primavera

Ingredients
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen chopped spinach package 10 Ounce, thawed, well drained (1 Package)
  Soft cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Tomato 1 Medium, chopped
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  100% grated parmesan cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cheese filled tortellini 9 Ounce, cooked, drained (Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large skillet, heat butter and sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic in the hot butter.
2) Mix in rest of the ingredients except tortellini and cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it just reaches boiling point.
3) Add in tortellini, stirring to coat and heat until cooked well.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
