Sylvie's Awesome Organic Spaghetti Sauce
|Organic hamburger meat||1 Pound|
|Carrots||4 , chopped to desired size|
|Red pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Yellow pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Orange pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|White onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Green onions||4 , chopped into small pieces|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm), minced|
|Celery branch||4 , chopped into small pieces|
|Mushrooms||8 Large, chopped into small pieces|
|Jalapeno pepper||1 , chopped into small pieces|
|Tomato sauce||50 Ounce (2 Jars, Organic / Homemade Variety, Add More Quantity For Desired Consistency)|
|Fresh oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh rosemary||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
-Place meat in large oven roaster adding a small amount of water, cover and place in the oven (approx.20 minutes)
-Meanwhile, prepare all of your vegetables.
-Make sure the meat is cooked, drain water, add vegetables, sauce, spices, parmesan cheese(optional).
-Cover and place in the oven 2 to 3 hours, no need to stir.
-When ready, serve on top of fresh noodles of your choice or spaghetti squash or steamed zucchini and sweet potato spirals...whatever you prefer.
