Leftover Pasta and Eggs
|Bacon drippings/Oleomargarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Pasta||1 Pound (Use As Much As You Have)|
|Onion powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Romano cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Louisiana hot sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Naturally there are no measures on this leftover dish.
Place drippings or oleo in frying pan or skillet.
Add garlic powder and onion powder.
On low heat, add pasta, cheese, and hot sauce, stirring constantly.
Beat eggs (as many as you like) and add to skillet and stir as scrambled eggs.
