Ingredients
  Finely chopped cooked turkey/Finely chopped cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ricotta cheese 15 Ounce (1 Container)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Frozen chopped spinach package 10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Spaghetti sauce/Marinara 3 Cup (48 tbs), divided
  Manicotti shells 8 Ounce, cooked (1 Package)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.

MAKING
2) Take a bowl and combine the first six ingredients.
3) Take a 12 x 9 inch baking pan and spoon a thin layer of marinara sauce.
4) Stuff the manicotti shells with the filling mixture and spread over the sauce.
5) Drizzle the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with mozzarella.
6) Bake for 25-30 minutes.

SERVING
7) Garnish and serve.
