Pork And Vegetable Alfredo

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced apricot glazed pork roast 4 Ounce, cut into strips
  Cooked fettuccine 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked without salt or fat (About 4 Ounces Uncooked Pasta)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Light alfredo sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Refrigerated)
Directions

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add pork, fettuccine, pepper, and salt; saute 2 minutes. Stir in alfredo sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
