Healthy Choice Cream Of Roasted Chicken Tetrazzini
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream of roasted chicken with herbs condensed soup||1 Can (10 oz) (Healthy Choice)|
|Non fat milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked chicken cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Inch)|
|Fat free shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked spaghetti||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
In large saucepan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, saute mushrooms and onion until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, sherry and salt; heat through.
Add chicken, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley; blend well.
Add cooked spaghetti; toss to coat.
Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
