Chorizo with Zucchini
|Chorizo/Italian sausage||3 (Mild Or Hot)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Lime juice||2 Teaspoon, squeezed|
1) With a kinfe, cut chorizo or Italian sausages across into 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick slices.
2) Cut zucchini crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
3) In large skillet saute chorizo over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes till brown.
4) Mix zucchini and garlic and stir fry for about 5 minutes till done.
5) Add lime juice, salt, and serve in a serving bowl.
