Fettuccine In Cream
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1. Take a deep pan and cook the fettuccine for just 12 minutes with boiling salted water. Check that the fettuccine is tender by the end of the cooking.
2. Use a colander and drain the fettuccine. Again return in the saucepan and toss using some butter and cream.
3. Season using some salt and freshly ground pepper.
4. Serve in a hot dish immediately.
