Roseanne's Roast Beef Orzo Salad

Ingredients
  Cubed cooked roast beef 450 Gram
  Peeled seeded chopped tomatoes 3
  Peeled chopped carrot 1
  Red bell pepper 1 , finely diced
  Green bell pepper 1 , finely diced
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Cooked orzo 1 Liter, chilled
  Mayonnaise 125 Milliliter
  Chili sauce 45 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
  Chili powder 5 Milliliter
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Curly lettuce leaves 6 Large
  Parsley sprigs 3
Directions

Mix the roast beef, vegetables and orzo together in a mixing bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, seasoning and Tabasco together.
Pour over salad and toss.
Place the lettuce leaves on chilled plates, top with salad, garnish with parsley and serve.
