Cannelloni Or Manicotti Squares
|Homemade pasta dough||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1 Teaspoon|
1) Roll out the pasta dough, cut out 4 inch squares, cover and allow to dry for an hour at room temperature.
2) In a large kettle, allow the water with salt, and oil to boil. Add about 6 squares at a time and rapidly boil for about 7-10 minutes until tender.
3) Remove with a slotted spoon over a dampened dish cloth.
4) Use as required.
