Rabe With Shell Pasta

Ingredients
  Shell macaroni 4 Ounce (Medium, 2 Cups)
  Broccoli rabe 8 Ounce
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Coarsely ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Sliced pimiento 2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Dry white wine/Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped thyme 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, trim and rinse rabe; cut into small flowerets and short, leafy stems. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add rabe and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add pimiento, wine, thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon salt; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 1 minute or till rabe is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine. Toss with pasta.
