Ingredients
  Light margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Low fat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), heated
  Thin egg noodles 12 Ounce, cooked, drained
Directions

Combine all ingredients, except milk and noodles, and heat until cheese and butter are melted.
Add milk and noodles.
Serve immediately.
