Ingredients
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tequila 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finley minced
  Oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
  Ground beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours to blend flavors.
Keep no longer than 4 days.
Cook in a skillet until thoroughly cooked.
