Pasta With Cherry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 450 Gram
  Golden caster sugar 1 Pinch
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Dried oregano/1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable stock 5 Tablespoon
  Penne 350 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, combine cherry tomatoes, sugar, onion, garlic, half the oregano and all the stock.
2. Place the pan on a medium flame and bring liquid to a boil, stirring frequently
3. Reduce the flame and simmer for about 15 minutes until sauce like consistency.
4. Season to taste.
5. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, boil pasta until tender-crisp.
6. Drain well.
7. Add pasta to sauce and toss well.

SERVING
8. Dish out onto 2 dinner plates
9. Sprinkle with oregano.
