Ingredients
  Manicotti shells 1 Pound
For sauce
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Crushed garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Canned whole tomatoes 2 Pound, crushed (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
For cheese filling
  Ricotta cheese 1 Pound
  Cottage cheese 1 Pound
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook manicotti shells al dente.
Fill carefully with cheese filling.
Cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour uncovered.
