Broccoli Pasta Casserole
|Fresh broccoli||2 Bunch (200 gm), cut into small pieces|
|Rotini pasta||12 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup/Cream of celery soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion rings||1 Can (10 oz)|
Preheat oven to 325°.
Lightly grease casserole dish.
Cook broccoli pieces, covered in boiling salted water about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine broccoli, pasta, soup, and garlic.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with onion rings if desired.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
