Penne With Cheese Sauce
|Milk||3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs) (Nestle)|
|Penne pasta||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Buitoni, Raw)|
|Butter||50 Gram (Nestle)|
|Cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), grated|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
2)In a deep pan, boil Buitoni Penne in salted water as per pack instructions.
3)Remove from heat, drain, and set aside.
3)In a pan, melt Nestle Butter and add in the maida flour. Stir for a minute.
4)Remove from heat and pour the Nestle Milk gradually, stirring constantly.
5)With the help of a wire whisk to remove any lumps.
6)Return the pan to heat and bring to a boil.
7)Remove from heat, put in the grated cheese and mix well till it melts.
8)Season with salt and pepper.
9)Stir the cooked pasta and cheese sauce together.
10)Take a greased baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
11)Scatter bread crumbs over it and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
