Cracked Black Pepper Pasta
|Cracked black pepper||15 Milliliter (Fresh)|
|Semolina flour||500 Milliliter|
|Ice water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl blend the pepper in the eggs.
Slowly add the flour.
Knead into a soft ball (add small amounts of ice water if required) of dough, and process the same as Basic Pasta Dough.
