Italian Stuffed Shells

|Hamburger meat||1 Pound|
|Spaghetti sauce||56 Ounce (48- 56 Oz. 1 Jar)|
|Ricotta cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh spinach||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook shells according to package directions and cool in a single layer on aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
Brown hamburger in a large skillet; drain grease and add spaghetti sauce to meat.
Line pans with a thin layer of meat sauce.
Mix together cheeses, eggs, spinach, salt, and pepper.
Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoon, of cheese mixture.
Squeeze shell slightly and place open side down in pan.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
