Italian Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
  Jumbo shells 12 Ounce
  Hamburger meat 1 Pound
  Spaghetti sauce 56 Ounce (48- 56 Oz. 1 Jar)
  Ricotta cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Chopped fresh spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook shells according to package directions and cool in a single layer on aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
Brown hamburger in a large skillet; drain grease and add spaghetti sauce to meat.
Line pans with a thin layer of meat sauce.
Mix together cheeses, eggs, spinach, salt, and pepper.
Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoon, of cheese mixture.
Squeeze shell slightly and place open side down in pan.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
