  Cream of tomato soup 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry penne pasta 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Tarragon 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Parmigiano reggiano cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely grated
