Pasta Sauce with Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 2 Pound
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

2 cups chicken broth
In skillet heat olive oil on medium heat, sauté in garlic put in butter, melt down add
in basil, parsley, salt, pepper, then stir in Ricotta cheese and the 2 cups of chicken
broth, mix well. Stir and let it come to boil. Put over Pasta of your choice. Have pasta
cooking on the side, you want to put sauce on pasta as soon as it is done. We like it
over Fettuccine.
