On "Simply Delicious Living with Maryann," host Maryann Ridini-Spencer serves up delectable pasta dish made with classic Italian antipasto ingredients.
Ingredients
  Fusilli pasta 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Feta cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chunk
  Frozen artichokes 1 Cup (16 tbs), Defrosted
  Sun dried tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kalamata olive 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Scallion 2 Large
  White onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Lemon pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop scallions, olives, artichokes and white onion.

MAKING
2. In a pot, boil pasta, cook AL danté. Drain it and place it in a serving bowl.
3. In the pasta, add scallions, feta chunks, Greek olives, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, white onion.
4. Add lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Add salt and pepper. Toss all the ingredients well.

SERVING
6. Serve it hot or cold.
