Spinach Filling For Ravioli

Ingredients
  Cooked spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Dried bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon, sifted
Directions

Chop spinach and combine with remaining ingredients.
Use as a filling for Ravioli.
Makes enough filling for 30 ravioli.
