Three Pepper Sauce For Pasta

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green bell peppers 2 Small, cut into julienne strips
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Small, cut into julienne strips
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, cut into julienne strips
  Onion 1 , cut into thin strips
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cored, seeded and diced
  Fresh basil 6 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Orange rind strip 1
Directions

In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add bell peppers, onion and garlic.
Saute for 5 minutes or until tender.
Add tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and orange rind; mix well.
Cook, uncovered, until heated through.
