Orzo And Almond Pilaf

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Cooked orzo 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked without salt or fat
  Chopped fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add garlic; saute until golden.
Remove and discard garlic.
Combine hot oil, orzo, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
