Pork & Peppers Pasta
|Pork||1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Cheddar broccoli pasta and cheese||1 Ounce (1 Packaged)|
|Red pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Green onion slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
Stir-fry pork and garlic in oil in 2-quart saucepan.
Remove from pan.
In same pan, prepare Pasta & Cheese as directed on package, except omitting margarine and adding pork and remaining ingredients during last 3 minutes of cooking.
Remove from heat.
Cover; let stand 2 minutes.
