Sun Dried Tomato with Chilli, Garlic and Black Olives
|Dried pasta||1 Pound|
|Sun dried tomatoes||12 , drained and sliced (In Olive Oil)|
|Pitted black olives||5 Ounce, sliced (150 Gram)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped|
|Crushed chili flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Extra virgin olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Chopped basil/Flat leaf parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook pasta until firm to the bite if serving hot or just firm to the bite if serving as a salad.
While pasta is cooking, combine tomatoes, olives, garlic, chilli, vinegar and oil.
Return pasta with basil or parsley and tomato mixture to the warm pasta pot.
Toss well to coat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
