Sun Dried Tomato With Chilli, Garlic And Black Olives

Ingredients
  Dried pasta 1 Pound
  Sun dried tomatoes 12 , drained and sliced (In Olive Oil)
  Pitted black olives 5 Ounce, sliced (150 Gram)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Crushed chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil/Flat leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cook pasta until firm to the bite if serving hot or just firm to the bite if serving as a salad.
While pasta is cooking, combine tomatoes, olives, garlic, chilli, vinegar and oil.
Drain pasta.
Return pasta with basil or parsley and tomato mixture to the warm pasta pot.
Toss well to coat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
