Vermicelli Upma

A TRADITIONAL SOUTH INDIAN BREAKFAST VERMICILI UPMA
Ingredients
  Roasted vermicelli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomato 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped
  Garlic pod 2 , finely chopped
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Urad dal 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chana dal 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 3 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Drop
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 1 Teaspoon (coriander leaves)
Directions

1. ROAST VERMICILI IN 1 TSP OIL
2. HEAT 2 TSP OIL CRACKEL MUSTARD, URAD DAL, CHANNA DAL. ADD THE ONIONS, SAUTE IT WELL THEN ADD CHOPPED GARLIC FOR FLAVOUR & THEN THE TOMATOES, COOK WELL. NOW PUT SALT TO TASTE.
3. THEN POUR 2 CUPS OF WATER AND BRING IT TO BOIL
4. ADD VERMICILI TO THE BOILED WATER AND KEEP STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
5. ONCE ITS TAKEN OFF FRM HEAT PUT 2 -3 DROPS OF LEMON JUICE & MIX IT WELL
5. GARNISH WITH CORAINDER LEAVES
UPMA IS READY TO EAT.
